Suddenly he recalls his conversation with Kūgo Ginjō, and takes out the Xcution card that Kūgo had given to him once their conversation had concluded.

Deciding it is for the best, Ichigo dials that number, and after getting past an operator, he finally gets through to speak to Kūgo, who informs him that he was expecting his call when Ichigo asks for help.
