When Uryū warns her that she is going to get sick if she does not get some sleep soon, Orihime acknowledges this and states that she just wants to spend a bit more time on Tsubaki, who is not yet fully healed after being slashed by 4th Division 7th Seat Jirōbō Ikkanzaka.

As she recalls the events of that battle, Orihime asserts that she had already lost the will to fight, to Uryū's concern.
