Luffy still struggles and keeps beating people by punching them the regular way. Meanwhile, in Ebisu Town, Tonoyasu discusses the symbol of the rebellion.

The others think the plan is ruined because the symbol got leaked, but Tonoyasu says that it worked in their favour because now many people know about the symbol and are willing to join the alliance. Tonoyasu joins their cause before leaving to tend to the other citizens.
